Deacon McNeal will be greatly missed, he was a deacon at my dad's church Reverend Lofton Richard for several years. As a young kid growing up in Carver Baptist Church, Deacon McNeal taught us many things. One thing I remember the most and has carried with throughout my life and also passed it on to other young people. When ever we starting acting up and being to grown he would tell us we only have one chance to be a kid and the rest of your life to be grown. I didn't understand then as I do now and I can truly say he was right all the way. My prayers will continue to be with the family as I feel like I also have lost a family member. He and mother McNeal and his lovely children always have meant so much to the Richard family.
